Discovery & Strategy
- Lead executive discovery sessions to identify goals, pain points, and success metrics.
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders around priorities, value, and the transformation roadmap.
- Translate business challenges into actionable digital strategies across sales, service, operations, and compliance utilizing existing and emerging technologies (generative AI, ML, cloud technologies, 5G etc.).
Solution Design & Value Building
- Define solution architectures and delivery plans with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Data & AI Leads, and Engineering teams.
- Evaluate feasibility of AI and GenAI initiatives, including data readiness, architecture implications, integration with core systems, model lifecycle, and regulatory and ethical constraints.
- Develop persuasive materials: business cases, ROI/TCO models, prototypes, and board-ready narratives.
- Present and defend recommendations to senior leadership, guiding decisions from evaluation to commitment.
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Co-own presales with account teams: RFPs/RFIs, scoping, estimates, and proposals.
- Ensure seamless handoff to delivery and track business outcomes against the original case.
- Collaborate with clients to refine delivery and realize measurable value.
Thought Leadership
- Produce industry POVs, case studies, and conference materials that demonstrate domain leadership.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and regulations to advise clients on safe cloud, data, and AI adoption.
Domain Focus
- Finance: Digital onboarding, payments, open banking (PSD2), ISO 20022, AML/KYC, fraud, and contact-center modernization, and AI adoption.
- Insurance: Digital quote/bind/issue, claims automation, underwriting workbenches, telematics pricing, and IFRS 17/Solvency II compliance, and AI adoption.
- Travel & Airlines: NDC and ONE Order, offer/order management, loyalty, disruption and revenue management, airport operations, and AI adoption.
Technology & Methods
- Cloud architectures, microservices, APIs, event streaming, data platforms, MLOps, and responsible AI.
- Process improvement via journey mapping, service blueprints, lean, value-stream mapping, and OKRs.
- Governance and risk frameworks covering privacy, security, model risk, and compliance by design.
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years in consulting, product, or solutions roles delivering digital transformation in one or more of: banking/payments, insurance, airlines/travel.
- Proven record leading C-level conversations from discovery to decision and influencing multi-stakeholder buys.
- Experience in data and AI-driven solutions is strongly preferred: analytics, ML/GenAI use cases, or AI-enabled digital products.
- Strong structured problem-solving skills; skilled at building options, trade-offs, and clear recommendations.
Success Metrics:
- Qualified pipeline and win rate influenced.
- Executive alignment achieved by milestone (e.g., signed problem statement, agreed KPIs).
- Business outcomes delivered vs. case (revenue lift, cost/outcome improvements, risk reduction).
- Adoption and impact of AI and data-driven initiatives delivered with clients.
- Client satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) and referenceability.
- Thought leadership assets published and adopted.
