About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ development, application onboarding, lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, and IAM best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.
- Lead end-to-end IdentityIQ implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Configure and develop workflows, rules, forms, certifications, policies, and provisioning processes.
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications including Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, databases, cloud platforms, and custom applications.
- Develop custom connectors, REST/SOAP integrations, and Java-based customizations.
- Support identity lifecycle management processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.
- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and governance frameworks.
- Configure and manage access certifications, separation of duties (SoD), and compliance controls.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership during incident resolution.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across IAM projects.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to IAM strategy initiatives.
- Report into Senior Identity Leadership
Requirments
- 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
- 7+ years of overall IAM or cybersecurity experience.
- Strong experience developing SailPoint IIQ Rules using Java, BeanShell, and XML.
- Experience with application onboarding, aggregation, provisioning, and certification campaigns.
- Expertise integrating SailPoint with:
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Services, SQL, and LDAP.
- Lead technical projects

Skills Required
