About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ development, application onboarding, lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, and IAM best practices.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a high-end consulting team to deliver product and domain expertise in Identity & Access Management
- Work on the technical delivery of IAM implementation projects Help gather business and technical requirements from the customer Provide input to functional and technical design where required
- Ensure that the technical solution meets the customer requirements and perform following design
- Create customer delivery documentation such as implementation documents, test plans and run books, assist pre-sales activities such as developing client-focused proposals, and running technical PoC's
- Work with project manager and engagement manager to align within budget and with high quality outcomesIdentify our customer opportunities
- Help create customer relationships with technical partners
- Share best practices with team members to contribute to enhance the IAM center of excellence
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC doing:
- Implementation, Installation and configuring
- Experience in JML certification and provisioning
- Develop lifecycle workflows
- Onboarding applications with automated provisioning
- Configure reports and dashboards
- RBAC and Access Reviews
- Databases Experience (such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with Java or Bean Shell and PowerShell.
- SailPoint ISC Engineer Certification
Salary Range: $110,000 to $150,000 CAD + Bonus

Skills Required
- 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience
- 7+ years of overall IAM or cybersecurity experience
- Strong experience developing SailPoint IIQ Rules using Java, BeanShell, and XML
- Experience with application onboarding, aggregation, provisioning, and certification campaigns
- Expertise integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, databases, cloud platforms, and custom applications
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Services, SQL, and LDAP
- Ability to lead technical projects and provide technical leadership during incident resolution
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across IAM projects
