Trinity Life Sciences is seeking Senior Consultants to join its Launch Excellence (LEx) practice. Senior Consultants support launch-specific analyses and workstreams on strategic engagements for life sciences clients, helping cross-functional client teams prepare for and execute successful product launches. The role combines analytical rigor and close attention to detail with a growing client-facing presence.

Senior Consultants partner with Engagement Managers and Trinity leadership, coordinate and guide the work of Associate Consultants and Consultants, and present directly to client teams. The role is a development path toward Engagement Manager, with increasing ownership of client relationships, project management, and team leadership over time. The position offers broad exposure to high-impact launch programs across therapeutic areas.

Essential Functions

  • Lead launch-specific analyses, including launch readiness assessments, analog and benchmark reviews, cross-functional launch plans, and critical path tracking, with a high standard for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serve as a workstream lead, coordinating and guiding the work of Associate Consultants and Consultants while partnering closely with project managers and leadership.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative inputs from secondary research, stakeholder interviews, and client data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Apply systems thinking to map how launch activities, decisions, and dependencies connect across functions, and structure them into clear processes, workplans, and governance concepts.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional launch plans, trackers, and status materials that evolve rapidly over the course of an engagement.
  • Engage with client stakeholders across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other functions, with a clear understanding of how each function contributes to launch success.
  • Create and present client-ready materials, including workshop content, interim deliverables, and final reports, and lead defined portions of client meetings and working sessions.
  • Build credibility with client teams through responsiveness, preparation, and a strong service orientation.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and open decisions within assigned workstreams and raise them proactively to Management and Leadership.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on project teams, in internal training efforts, and through formal mentorship.
  • Contribute to the development of Trinity's launch methodology, tools, and templates, and support proposal development as needed.

  • Working knowledge of the cross-functional nature of commercialization, including the roles of marketing, medical affairs, market access, insights and analytics, commercial operations, and patient services, and the ability to speak fluently on how each function drives launch success.
  • Systems thinking and process orientation, with comfort mapping dependencies, workflows, and decision points across functions.
