Who We're Seeking
 
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in Change Management to join our growing consulting practice. In this role, you’ll apply organizational change management best practices while leading technology and business consulting projects. These projects range from technology implementations to organizational strategy development and PMO establishment. We’re seeking an organized and ambitious team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Guide clients through Organizational Change Management processes for large-scale projects, including system implementations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder focus groups and surveys.
  • Identify change benefits, impacts, and risks.
  • Develop and refine OCM, communication, and training plans.
  • Build training materials and deliver training sessions.
  • Facilitate OCM meetings and readiness assessments.
  • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders for unified OCM vision and successful change implementation.
  • Help guide project teams through all core project phases, including project setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment
  • Conduct initial reviews of deliverables and give feedback
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, and provide mitigation strategies
  • Lead various client meetings such as stakeholder interviews and client workshops
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ year managing system implementations
  • 1+ years of OCM experience as a professional external consultant.
  • Experience in organizational change management for system implementation projects.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading remote meetings.
  • Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Client relationship management skills.
  • Experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) from an accredited institution; a Master’s in Change Management is a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Media & Entertainment and/or Consumer Products industries
  • Experience at a large consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, EY, CapGemini, PWC)
  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification.

Travel Requirements

Employees are responsible for traveling to and from client sites as required by their project or assignment, regardless of location. Travel may include sites outside the employee’s primary office location, state, or region. 
 
Remote & Hybrid Work
While remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects, client needs take precedence. Employees are expected to report onsite at the client location when required by the project scope, client request, or management directive.
