YOUR ROLE
As a Senior / Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in the functional design and further development of modern Management Reporting and Management Information Systems for Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management and Asset Management.
Acting as a Business Functional Analyst at the intersection of Business, Data, and IT, you will ensure that business requirements are translated into sustainable management reporting and steering solutions.
You will advise our clients on defining banking KPIs, enhancing reporting processes, and modernizing existing MIS landscapes. In addition to contributing your functional expertise, you will actively support client development, project management, and the continued development of our Banking Consulting capabilities.
YOUR CAPCO DAY
- Advise local and international banks on the development and enhancement of Management Information Systems and reporting landscapes
- Take functional ownership as a Business Functional Analyst, working across Business, Data, and IT
- Define, harmonize, and further develop banking KPIs for Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management and Asset Management
- Translate complex business requirements into functional concepts, reporting logic, and functional requirements
- Analyze and optimize reporting processes and data journeys across the entire reporting value chain
- Lead and facilitate workshops with business divisions/functions and senior stakeholders
- Support testing, KPI validation, and the implementation of new reporting solutions
YOUR CAPCO FIT
- At least 5–6 years of experience in consulting or in a business function within a private bank
- Strong experience in Reporting and Management Information Systems
- In-depth understanding of products and processes within Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management and/or Asset Management
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in regulatory or business transformation projects
- Very good knowledge of banking KPIs, management reporting, and sales steering
- Experience working with Business, Data, and IT stakeholders
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders at management level
- Strong analytical and structured approach, combined with well-developed consulting skills
- Fluency in German and English
