CFO TechnologyAccordion’s CFO Technology Practice effectively and efficiently delivers the digital services and solutions to support organizational strategic initiatives.
Our CFO Technology experts work cross-functionally — alongside practitioners from all corners of Accordion — to arm CFOs with the appropriate digital solutions needed to implement the team’s business process recommendations and to capitalize on value creation opportunities. From ERP, CPM, Analytics, Data Integration, RPA, and beyond, CFO Tech provides finance leaders with a single, objective partner capable of delivering from strategy to execution.
This position must be based in our Atlanta or Dallas offices and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates should be local to a desired location.

What You’ll Do:- Working under a Project/Solutions Lead, participate in discussions and meetings with Accordion clients to gather and refine client needs
- Translate client requirements into Anaplan model designs & user stories
- Build Anaplan models based on user stories utilizing best-practice methodologies
- Collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop effective Anaplan solutions Create UX pages, dashboards, and management reports to facilitate input and reporting of data
- Optimize existing models to improve functionality and integrate new features
- Present proposed Anaplan solutions to clients
- Collaborate with project team to maintain client relationships and meet expected timelines
- Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure models meet client expectations
- Keep up-to-date with best practices and apply to client projects
- Support internal initiatives such as demo & pre-sales model builds
- Provide Anaplan consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients most complex requirements
- Provide general customer service and assistance to clients and serves as the ‘go-to’ resource on all project related inquiries
- Travel to client site as needed
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Management Information Systems
- Minimum 2 to 4 years+ of Anaplan experience in either a consulting or client Center of Excellence (COE) capacity Experience as an Anaplan Model Builder and have completed at least Level 2 Certification
- Demonstrated understanding and expertise of connected planning concepts in Anaplan, including but not limited to, Supply Chain, T&Q, and core FP&A use cases such as budgeting, forecasting, workforce, driver-base planning & scenario modeling
- Previous industry/functional experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, Retail, Enterprise, General Business
- Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement on CPM solutions
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Excellent client relation skills, organization, & prioritization capabilities
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic
- A leader of others; you lead by example
- A strong team player, able to work with team members across all levels
- Able to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions, and raise issues to senior team members when necessary

The annual salary for this role ranges from: $99,000 to $130,000 USD + benefits + bonus. Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
