Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (or equivalent).
- 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and architecture-related disciplines.
- Strong foundation in data science concepts and AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience implementing cloud-based AI/ML workloads using platforms such as Google PaLM, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI Services, AzureML, AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, Dataiku, Databricks, Snowflake (SnowPark, Cortex), and DataRobot.
- Expertise in architecting scalable, high-performing, and cost-optimized AI/ML solutions leveraging serverless technologies, containerized/Kubernetes deployments, and GPU compute infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience deploying and hosting large foundational models, including generative AI techniques.
- Proficiency in LLM architecture (e.g., Transformer, GANs, VAEs), fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), context embedding, vector databases, and semantic search tools.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices to deliver robust AI/ML model life-cycles, including training, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Experience developing and integrating APIs for serving ML models.
- Ability to design end-to-end AI/ML solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
- Experience working in an architecture function and presenting designs to stakeholders, including Technical Design Authorities or Architecture Boards.
- Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to guide and coach teams, facilitate technical programs, and manage expectations effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling clear and productive collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting go-to-market activities, such as responding to RFI/RFPs and creating high-quality proposal materials.
