Job Overview

An integral part of our Strategy team, you are responsible for developing connection planning (communication planning) to any communications or projects and developing social strategies of our clients' communication through social and direct operation team.

Key Accountability

  • Develop connection planning (communication planning) to any communications or projects to drive the client's business or any marketing purposes.
  • Develop social strategies and communicate with the clients to get align with them.
  • Manage 1-2 members of associate class for handle the projects.
  • Setting the KPI and communication structure (customer journey, persona, communication ecosystem included) of any projects or campaigns.

Core Duties

  • Create the deck or some parts of sheets to develop the communication structure (customer journey, persona, communication ecosystem included) or social strategy sheets.
  • Work or on some researches (social listening, interviews, desk research included) with his/her team.
  • Lead the connection (communication) strategy part of entire projects in the internal WPP team.

Requirements

  • Experience in communication strategy (create customer journey, personas, ecosystem or setting KPI)
  • Research experience (social listening, interview, desk research etc.)
  • Must be proactive and logical
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools (PPT, Excel, MS Teams etc)
  • Experience in research or analytical tools (google analytics, any social listening tools etc.)
