- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of compensation experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demanding projects
- Proficiency in compensation administration using HR information systems (e.g., Workday)
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or commitment to pursuing certification preferred
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Curiosity and initiative to explore new technologies—including AI—to improve compensation processes and decision-making
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and accurate work

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $102,000 - $154,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Skills Required
