Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create wireframes for postings.
• Monitor social media channels for community feedback and engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
• Respond to comments and customer queries promptly.

2. Community Guidelines and Engagement:

• Foster a sense of community and engagement through active participation and moderation.
• Address community issues, conflicts, and feedback constructively and timely.
• Organize and participate in community-building initiatives (e.g., online forums, and discussion boards).

3. Event Planning and Management:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute online community events in the GCC and US regions.
• Identify and secure speakers, sponsors, and venues for events.
• Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, and attendee management.
• Develop event agendas and manage the flow of events to ensure a seamless experience.
• Promote events through various channels and manage event registration.
• Conduct post-event analysis to assess success and areas for improvement.

4. International Campaigns:

• Plan and execute international community engagement campaigns tailored for GCC and US audiences.
• Adapt communication strategies to suit cultural nuances and regional preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and community growth metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience with event management and coordination.
