As a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager, you’ll build and lead a high-performing portfolio of complex commercial clients while partnering closely to deliver tailored credit and treasury solutions. In our Moses Lake Commercial Banking Center, you will have the opportunity to focus on serving Commercial and Agricultural clients throughout the market.
In this role you'll- Drive revenue growth through targeted business development with both existing clients and new prospects
- Build, deepen, and manage relationships with large, complex commercial and Agricultural clients
- Focus business development efforts across commercial & industrial (C&I) and Agricultural opportunities and specialized industry verticals
- Structure and negotiate loan terms within your authority to meet client needs and organizational goals
- Prepare and present comprehensive credit analyses and lending recommendations
- Conduct ongoing credit reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and manage portfolio risk, maintaining accurate risk ratings and proactive issue identification
- Represent the bank in the community to build brand awareness and strengthen local partnerships
- Mentor and coach less experienced relationship managers and support team development
- Partner with loan support staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required). An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- You have 6+ years of experience in commercial credit, financial analysis, or business development (Required)
- Ag experience highly preferred.
- You have a proven track record of developing and managing large, complex client relationships
- You bring strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- You understand local market dynamics and leverage that insight to grow business
- You have deep financial acumen and can confidently underwrite and structure commercial and Agricultural credit solutions
- You possess strong knowledge of treasury and cash management products
- You are well-versed in regulatory requirements, including commercial lending laws and appraisal guidelines
- You take a proactive, analytical approach to managing risk and portfolio performance

Compensation & BenefitsTargeted starting salary range (based on experience): $135,000 - $182,000
