By combining deep analytical expertise with a strong understanding of customer behavior, commercial performance, and business drivers, you will identify opportunities to improve onboarding, credit limit management, customer engagement, and revolving balance growth.

Working closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Credit Risk, Product, Operations, and Finance, you will translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that support better business decisions. Through rigorous performance analysis, experimentation, and monitoring, you will help ensure growth remains profitable, controlled, and scalable.

You will also contribute to the continued development of automated monitoring and champion-challenger frameworks, enabling the business to continuously learn, optimize performance, and scale successful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer, portfolio, and commercial performance to identify opportunities for profitable growth.

  • Develop insights and recommendations that optimize onboarding, credit line management, customer engagement, and revolving balance growth.

  • Design, execute, and evaluate champion-challenger tests and experiments to improve business performance.

  • Build and maintain performance monitoring, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that support timely decision-making.

  • Partner with Commercial, Credit Risk, Product, and Finance teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

  • Identify and quantify the key drivers of customer behavior, profitability, growth, and portfolio performance.

  • Automate recurring analyses and monitoring processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

  • Support the development of data-driven decision frameworks that improve commercial outcomes.

  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

  • Ensure analytical recommendations balance growth ambitions with profitability, risk, and customer value.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, consulting, or a similar analytical role.

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.

  • Experience using Python, R, or similar tools for analytics and data modeling.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.

  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, credit cards, or consumer lending is considered an advantage.

  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or champion-challenger methodologies is a strong plus.

You Will Be Successful If You Are

  • Curious and eager to understand what drives customer behavior and business performance.

  • Commercially minded and motivated by creating measurable business impact.

  • Structured and rigorous in your analytical approach.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating complex problems into actionable insights.

  • Proactive in identifying opportunities and taking ownership of delivering outcomes.

  • Confident challenging assumptions and using evidence to support decisions.

  • Collaborative and effective at building strong relationships across teams.

  • Thriving in a fast-moving environment where insights quickly turn into action, and where ownership, speed, and measurable impact matter more than lengthy decision-making processes.

  • Continuously looking for ways to improve performance through testing, learning, and optimization.

What We Offer

  • An opportunity to directly influence the growth strategy of a fast-growing and data-driven business.

  • Exposure to senior stakeholders and key commercial decision-making processes.

  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Opportunities to work on high-impact projects that shape the future direction of the business.

  • Be part of an international organization currently operating across 16 European countries and three products, where you will generate insights that drive growth at scale.

  • Professional development and learning opportunities.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

  • Flexible working arrangements and a supportive team culture.
