Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a full-time CFML Developer to join our fast-paced and growing development team. This role will assist with the design & development of an HR system for one of our largest clients and other projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Development of an HRIS using the latest ColdFusion and web development technologies
- Modernization and support of legacy ColdFusion applications
- Designing and developing web solutions in a variety of contexts
Desired:
- Ability to get up to speed quickly with systems and processes related to onboarding, payroll, benefits, and general HR services
- Experience working in an agile & traditional web application development environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
- Willing to take notes and ask questions
- Great time management skills and work ethic
- Comfortable working remotely
- A good sense of humor
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years CFML experience (Adobe ColdFusion 9+)
- Experience with MSSQL and or MySQL
- Familiarity with ColdFusion MVC frameworks (ColdBox, FW/1, CFWheels)
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, VueJS, AngularJS, or ReactJS)
- Experience using Bootstrap or Foundation for CSS styling
- Docker experience is a plus
