What You’ll Do

As an Senior AWS Cloud Engineer, you’ll design, automate, and optimize cloud infrastructure to support high-performing enterprise applications. You’ll work across development, QA, product, and client-facing teams—driving cloud adoption, automation, and secure, scalable solutions on AWS.

Here’s a glimpse into your day-to-day:

• Architect, design, and implement large-scale AWS migration solutions using services like EC2, Lambda, VPC, RDS, S3, DMS, and AMS.
• Collaborate with clients to assess on-prem infrastructure and define optimal AWS migration strategies.
• Leverage the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) to align cloud migration with business and technical needs.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Administer and optimize Linux systems (SUSE, CentOS, RedHat) across AWS environments.
• Evaluate and implement migration tools like CloudEndure, AWS Migration Hub, AWS Backup, and Elastic Disaster Recovery.
• Perform dependency mapping and application grouping to support efficient workload migrations.
• Support cloud readiness assessments, roadmaps, and modernization discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to compliance and security efforts by identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities in cloud deployments.
• Stay current on AWS innovations and lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and client training.

What You Bring

We’re all about skills, attitude, and passion. You’re a great fit if you have:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, and 5+ years of Linux administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Active AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification (required).
• Proven success leading cloud migrations and application modernization projects.
• Strong command of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and automation tools (Ansible).
• Deep understanding of core AWS architecture—Organizations, VPC design, subnet segmentation, and governance.
• Experience working with on-prem hosting platforms (vSphere/Hyper-V) and enterprise infrastructure (storage, networking, directories).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills—able to work across technical and business teams.
• Experience with AWS managed services environments (a plus).
