We build products we are proud of, with people we love. Software Engineering Applications, including Web and Mobile, are at the core of what we do. We partner with our clients to deliver high-performance, resilient, and scalable systems that impact users and businesses worldwide.
We are a collection of individuals with different stories, but one shared goal: to build a place where we actually want to work. We value empathy, self-organization, and the courage to take risks. If you love solving complex problems and believe that teaching others is the best way to learn, you’ll feel right at home here.
The Role & The ChallengeWe’re looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer with great experience with AWS to join an agile, collaborative team where your voice matters as much as your code.
You won’t just be managing infrastructure, you’ll be a technical partner helping us build resilient systems that scale. You will own the entire lifecycle of our AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring it’s secure, cost-effective, and high-performing, while using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines to automate everything for smooth, reliable deployment experiences.
We’re looking for someone who loves to build, learn, guide others and actively participate in root cause analysis and observability efforts to help the whole team learn from every challenge. You’ll be working closely with our leadership (CEO/COO) and our clients to integrate DevOps best practices into the daily workflow, so clear communication and a collaborative spirit are key.
National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organizational needs: 0%-15% estimated.
RequirementsYou’ll be a Great Fit If...
- English is your second nature: Our playground is global. You’ll need strong English communication skills to collaborate daily with international clients and teammates. Being able to explain complex ideas clearly is just as important as writing clean code.
- Cloud: Solid experience with AWS (Networking, Accounts, and Infrastructure).
- Automation/IaC: Proficiency with Terraform/Terragrunt and Ansible.
- Containers: Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm Charts.
- CI/CD: Experience setting up pipelines via GitHub Actions, Gitlab, or Jenkins.
- Observability: Familiarity with Grafana, Kibana, DataDog, or CloudWatch.
- Scripting: Comfortable writing in Bash, Python, or Javascript/Typescript.
- The Mindset: You thrive in a politics-free environment and believe the whole team owns the project together.
BenefitsBeing a "Minder" in Brazil

- Shared Success: Annual profit distribution (subject to company performance and board decision - only for CLT contracts).
- The Fun Stuff: Gatherings and annual trip to bond with the team.
- Culture of Trust: A collaborative, lean, and self-managed environment where you have the autonomy to make an impact.
