Full Stack Developer – Golang & React

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Golang and React (or Next.js) to build and scale modern, distributed applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing microservices-based systems, working with GraphQL APIs, and developing performant frontend interfaces. Exposure to cloud platforms and event-driven systems is a strong plus.
Key resposibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications using Golang (backend) and React or Next.js (frontend)
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices architectures
Develop and consume GraphQL APIs across frontend and backend layers
Implement backend services in Golang following clean architecture best practices
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions
Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability in distributed environments
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack
Contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards and development processes
Good to have Skils:
Experience with AWS cloud services
Exposure to Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to own features end-to-end
Mentoring mindset and team-oriented approach
Ownership and delivery-focused attitude
Must Have Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in full stack development
Strong hands-on experience with Golang

Proficiency with Git and version control systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
