TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.

We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Research Manager to support an innovative biotechnology company developing therapies in a cutting-edge therapeutic area. In this strategic part-time assignment (approximately 0.2 FTE), you will provide senior clinical operations expertise to support clinical development planning, study feasibility, operational strategy, timeline development, and budget planning during an important growth phase. The role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the planning and execution strategy of a developing biotech program.

As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a biotechnology company focused on advancing its clinical development activities and preparing for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of operational strategies and clinical development plans for ongoing and future programs.

• Support study planning activities, including timelines, resource forecasting, operational feasibility assessments, and budget estimates.

• Provide guidance on CRO, vendor, and site selection strategies for future clinical studies.

• Identify operational risks, key milestones, and mitigation plans to support efficient study execution.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support clinical development planning and future study readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.

• Significant experience in clinical operations, clinical trial management, or clinical project management within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.

• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial conduct, and global regulatory requirements.

• Experience supporting early-phase clinical development programs and study planning activities.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Skills Required
