About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Client Solutions Manager (Sr. CSM) based in Hamburg or Munich with a passion for video marketing and execution while consistently striving to exceed the expectations of clients, team members, and co-workers. Reporting to Lead, Client Solutions DACH in Hamburg.

The Sr. CSM will be working with existing direct clients in the EMEA area as well as creating new client relations and partnerships. They strive to exceed the expectations of their clients, team members, and co-workers by going above and beyond in their day to day.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and expanding client partnerships from start to finish. Including strategy, brief response, media plan creation, execution, reporting and invoicing
  • Owning and incrementally growing a book of business by focusing on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction
  • Understanding and communicating how Channel Factory’s products will assist clients in reaching their marketing goals with Senior client contacts
  • Analytical and critical evaluation capability required for use in post-campaign analysis
  • Responding to all client requests with urgency by using knowledge and understanding of all internal systems
  • Generating and sending thorough weekly and final reporting that address overall metrics, wins, insights, and recommendations
  • Working side by side with Sales to expand the business, provide brief responses and help with ad-hoc client requests
  • Using Salesforce to help with forecasting and to track/manage opportunities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven hands-on experience at a tech publisher or digital media agency, an ideal candidate has 1+ year Google Ads Management experience
  • Effective experience in media buying on a bidding model e.g., DBM, DSP, PMD, Programmatic platforms, and/or management of campaigns in various dashboards highly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, graphs and Salesforce (or similar CRM) is a must
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager is highly preferred
  • Google Ads or YouTube certified, Meta and/or TikTok knowledge are a plus
  • Have strong communication skills; verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation
  • Client facing experience working with senior partners both at agencies and brands
  • Strategic capabilities and vision, happy to work on strategy and share an opinion from planning to pricing of campaigns
  • Digital and/or ad-tech background, measurement knowledge and or background is a prerequisite and determined to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital world
  • As we interact with our clients in German, business fluency in German is mandatory. All internal communication is conducted in English, so a strong command of written and spoken English is essential.
