Senior Client Officer (CO)
The Senior Client Officer is responsible for ensuring excellence in client relationships, driving growth, and creating value across a portfolio of key clients. The CO acts as the Voice of the Client within Ipsos, connecting clients with the best expertise, solutions, and service capabilities available across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Strategy
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's industry, business context, growth priorities, and strategic challenges.
- Build a long-term vision and growth strategy for each client.
- Create and maintain account plans in collaboration with Service Line Leaders (SLLs).
- Map client stakeholders, decision-makers, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Align with global client teams when relevant.
2. Business Growth & Revenue Management
- Own and deliver revenue targets across the client portfolio.
- Execute account plans to achieve growth objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Ipsos' presence within client organizations.
- Introduce innovative research approaches and strategic insights that create business value.
- Collaborate with clients to evolve research programs and retain business relationships.
- Mobilize Ipsos experts and Service Lines to maximize client success.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Extend engagement beyond Insights teams to broader business decision makers.
- Ensure client satisfaction across ongoing projects.
- Connect insights and previous work to provide strategic recommendations and added value.
- Bring thought leadership, innovation, and fresh ideas to clients.
4. Contract & Service Delivery Management
- Ensure the right resources and expertise are allocated to client projects.
- Support efficient resource planning and prioritization.
- Monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
- Manage escalated issues, risks, and client challenges.
- Provide feedback to Service Lines on innovation needs and service improvements.
5. Reporting & Governance
- Manage and report opportunity pipelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM information.
- Track account performance and progress against business objectives.
