Job Description:
- Take ownership and accountability for client/account fees and activation budgets, with a strong understanding and reporting of client commercials.
- Act as the communication bridge between the regional client sponsorship team, the client’s regional marketing team, and key sports partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for client partners who hold pass-through rights at a regional level, managing relationships, addressing partner concerns, ensuring adherence to promotional guidelines, and helping partners maximise their rights effectively.
- Oversee and direct the client team to effectively manage retained and project work including event planning, on-ground activations, branding, merchandise, social content, PR, ambassador programmes, and asset management.
- Support Directors in managing resources and workloads across designated projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of timesheets.
- Contribute to new business opportunities by participating in proposals, pitches, and identifying growth potential with existing and new clients.
- Participate in thought leadership through written content, presentations, or webinars, and represent the agency in industry forums.
- Experience working within the sports and entertainment industry, specifically Formula 1 is essential for this role.
- 5–7 years’ experience in marketing either agency-side, client-side, or with a rights holder ,focused on sports sponsorships and activation programs.
- Strong technical knowledge of sponsorship and partnership marketing, with attention to detail and a drive for excellence in execution.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop campaigns, activations, and integrated marketing solutions.
- Enjoys managing projects and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
- Provides strategic counsel to clients and partners, delivering best-in-class solutions and service excellence.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to evaluate sponsorship performance to drive measurable impact.
