Our Corporate Legal Services team provides comprehensive support for our international clients, and we are looking for a Senior Account Manager Legal to join us. You will be able to work independently while having access to a portfolio of key clients.
Our knowledgeable professionals are equipped to offer a full range of corporate & transactional services, from local management services, accounting & administration services, corporate secretarial support, and payroll services to a variety of other legal & financial transactions.

Some of the things you'll be doing
  • Maintains and grows excellent relations with existing clients, intermediaries and relevant colleagues
  • Manages complex client issues and commercial requests.
  • Enabling clients to meet deadlines and stay in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records for client entities.
  • Managing relationships with clients and all relevant stakeholders, including advisors and regulatory authorities.
  • Reinforcing and maintaining our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate services.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil Law, Corporate Law, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in trust services, financial services, law firms, or corporate legal departments, preferably in an international environment. Experience in corporate secretarial functions and providing trust or legal services is highly preferred.
  • A background in corporate secretarial services, including the management of legal entities, compliance, corporate governance, and filings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse legal and business issues from a commercial perspective. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess risks and opportunities in a business context.
  • Highly accurate, with a keen eye for detail. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize while maintaining precision and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
  • Team player with a "can do" mentality and someone who demonstrates the ability to practice self-reflection, continuously seeking to learn from experiences and improve both personally and professionally
