The Role

 As a Senior Client Lead (Dutch Speaking), you will oversee, manage, and expand entire client units, providing strategic direction and growth roadmaps for both clients and GoSpooky. You will report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely with all crafts, with an emphasis on PM and senior leadership, ensuring integrated strategies for client growth.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive strategic growth roadmaps for client units
• Oversee and commercially lead client units, ensuring alignment and excellence
• Act as a consultative advisor, proactively identifying and developing growth opportunities
• Conduct strategic business reviews at the unit level and oversee new briefings
• Ensure high-quality quotations and comprehensive Statements of Work
• Manage high-level escalation internally and externally, ensuring resolution and alignment
• Coordinate closely with internal crafts to deliver integrated strategies for client growth
  

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in a strategic client-facing role, within a digital or creative agency
• Deep knowledge of the digital marketing and social media landscape
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities to support Client Leads/Executives
• A strong strategic thinker and consultative partner, comfortable leading complex discussions with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrate a proven ability to grow client accounts and spot new commercial opportunities
• Ability to identify and resolve operational and strategic roadblocks proactively
• Strong commercial background. This role is not suited for candidates from operations, project management, or producer backgrounds.
• Commitment to service excellence and integrated client solutions
• Fluent in English and Dutch
