GAMA-1 is seeking a highly experienced Senior CI/CD Engineer to support the design, implementation, automation, and optimization of enterprise DevSecOps capabilities in support of mission-critical federal programs. The successful candidate will lead the development and enhancement of enterprise-grade Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, enabling secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery across cloud and hybrid environments.
The Senior CI/CD Engineer will collaborate with software developers, cybersecurity personnel, cloud engineers, and system administrators to implement modern DevSecOps practices, automate infrastructure provisioning, improve deployment efficiency, and ensure compliance with federal security and operational requirements.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines to support secure, automated, and scalable software delivery across multiple environments.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using automation tools to provision, configure, and maintain infrastructure in cloud and hybrid environments.
Architect and implement deployment strategies, including blue/green, canary, and rolling deployments, to support highly available, zero-downtime releases.
Design, deploy, and support containerized application platforms utilizing technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift.
Implement GitOps methodologies and automated configuration management practices to ensure environment consistency and desired-state reconciliation.
Develop and maintain automation scripts, integrations, and reusable frameworks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Integrate security controls, compliance requirements, and automated testing capabilities, including SAST, DAST, Software Composition Analysis (SCA), and container vulnerability scanning throughout the CI/CD lifecycle.
Implement and manage enterprise secrets management, policy-as-code, and compliance automation solutions to support secure software delivery.
Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting capabilities to ensure platform health, reliability, and performance.
Support incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities for CI/CD platforms and supporting infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, cloud engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and system administrators, to support DevSecOps initiatives and platform modernization efforts.
Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance for CI/CD, automation, DevSecOps, and cloud-native technologies across the enterprise.
Required Skills/Level of Experience:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted for formal education requirements.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience supporting DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or CI/CD initiatives.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrated experience implementing DevSecOps methodologies within cloud and hybrid environments.
Experience supporting federal government environments and associated security requirements is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
