M&S Consulting is a dynamic technology and business solutions firm specializing in digital transformation, cloud solutions, and enterprise services. We are seeking a Senior Certinia OIM Architect & Developer to join our team and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
Role Overview
As a Senior Certinia OIM Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) Order & Inventory Management (OIM) solutions. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to drive scalable, high-performing architectures that align with business objectives. While Salesforce development experience is preferred, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the implementation of Certinia OIM solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
- Configure, customize, and develop OIM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, solution designs, and best practices for OIM processes.
- Provide technical leadership in Certinia OIM, integrating with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop and document architectural frameworks, data models, and system integrations.
- Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancements within Certinia OIM.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Work alongside Salesforce teams for seamless integration between Certinia and Salesforce, if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design.
- Deep expertise in Certinia (FinancialForce) OIM – implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of order management, inventory processes, and supply chain workflows.
- Experience integrating Certinia OIM with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience in OIM configuration and development is preferred.
- Ability to lead client workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows) is a plus.
- Experience with Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation) is a plus.
- Certifications in Certinia OIM, Salesforce, or related technologies.
- Experience with multi-cloud integrations and API management.
