DESCRIPTION

Alliance Advisors is an independent advisory firm that supports public & private companies with strategic shareholder & investor advisory services through our global network. We go beyond, from development to execution of bold, client-first strategies, resulting in winning outcomes. We specialize in shareholder engagement & solicitation, compensation advisory, governance & sustainability advisory, M&A activism, institutional ownership intelligence, proxy logistics and retail outreach strategies.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Capital Markets Associate leads investor outreach and books qualified meetings for virtual and in-person non-deal roadshows (NDRs) across a portfolio of public-company clients. Working closely with account leads and senior IR professionals, this hands-on role owns investor targeting, meeting generation, scheduling, and follow-up, and supports investor webinars.

This is a senior execution role for an experienced outreach professional who can independently run NDR programs, build lasting investor relationships, and help guide junior team members, while escalating strategic or disclosure-related matters to senior colleagues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop targeted investor lists for each client program using FactSet, Irwin, Fintrx, and other approved databases, identifying institutional investors, portfolio managers, analysts, family offices, and investment advisors.

· Drive targeted outreach to build registrations and attendance, and provide event-day support.

· Lead personalized email and telephone outreach using approved client messaging to generate interest and secure qualified investor meetings; follow up consistently with prospective attendees.

· Own the planning and scheduling of virtual and in-person NDRs, including one-on-one and small-group meetings across multiple public-company clients.

· Build and maintain investor and corporate access relationships that support repeat engagement across client programs.

· Prepare itineraries, investor profiles, and meeting briefs, and arrange venues and logistics for in-person meetings as needed.

· Report on qualified meetings booked, attendance, investor feedback, and webinar participation for clients and internal leadership.

· Maintain accurate CRM records of investor contacts, outreach activity, meetings, feedback, and next steps.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

· Approximately 4–7 years of relevant experience in corporate access, investor relations, capital markets, or investor outreach.

· Demonstrated success booking investor meetings and independently coordinating virtual and in-person NDRs.

· Working knowledge of public markets and the institutional investment community.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence conducting regular email and telephone outreach.

· Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple client programs and shifting priorities.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools; CRM and webinar platform experience is an asset.

· Knowledge of FactSet, Irwin, and Fintrx is a plus.

Travel and Scheduling

Limited travel is required for selected in-person NDRs, investor meetings, or client events. Most outreach and coordination is conducted virtually, and occasional flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate investor time zones and scheduled events.
