We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior C# Developer to join a distributed engineering team that is building a mission-critical analytics and data pipeline platform in the AdTech domain. This platform processes and analyzes large volumes of data to support real-time bidding, revenue optimization, and performance tracking for online publishers.
As a Senior Developer, you will design and maintain Back-end microservices using C#, working with technologies such as PostgreSQL and Kubernetes to ensure high scalability and reliability. The platform supports both real-time and batch analytics, enabling precise, data-driven decision-making in a fast-moving industry.
You will collaborate closely with the DevOps and Front-end teams to implement new data use cases and ensure efficient system performance.

Our Customer is a leading AdTech company that helps online publishers maximize ad revenue through programmatic advertising and data-driven monetization. Their distributed teams across Europe ensure fast-paced and meaningful work.
PROJECT
You’ll work on a data analytics and pipeline platform that processes large volumes of data. This platform supports real-time and batch workflows, which are critical for decision-making and revenue tracking.
Job Description- Design and develop C# microservices for processing and enriching data
- Implement scalable ingestion, retention, and aggregation logic
- Optimize performance (horizontal scaling, sharding)
- Collaborate with DevOps and Front-end teams to support data-driven features
- Maintain high system reliability and scalability
- Own architecture and make tech decisions in a senior environment
- 6+ years of Back-end development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in C# and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
- Solid understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and data optimization in distributed systems
- Experience of working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and OpenAPI standards
- B2+ or higher level of English
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Knowledge of AdTech domain
- Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting
