The Senior Analyst will play a hands-on role in Salesforce analysis, development, and support, seeing solutions from inception through production deployment. Leveraging deep Salesforce expertise and a strong understanding of business processes, this role will be responsible for gathering and refining requirements, assessing system impacts, designing end-to-end solutions, and driving enhancements that optimize the IR technology platform. The Senior Analyst will also serve as a key point of contact for production support, change management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Build strong relationships with IR Operations stakeholders to facilitate application support and drive the design and implementation of new features and system improvements.

  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and technical debt reduction, and drive resolutions with the development team.

  • Identify and champion self-service enhancement opportunities for business stakeholders (case deflection), such as introducing tools that enable business users to perform routine tasks like merging records independently.

  • Assist the Apps Support team in triaging and resolving Salesforce production issues using debug logs, query editors, and root cause analysis techniques.

  • Drive user acceptance testing, training, and documentation efforts to enhance adoption and maximize business value from Salesforce solutions.

  • Own and continuously refine documentation processes to improve efficiency and maintain clear, actionable records for technology requests and change management.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and deliver reporting and analytics solutions leveraging Salesforce Reports and enterprise reporting tools.

  • Present solution designs, requirements, and project updates to business stakeholders; lead requirements gathering sessions with confidence and clarity.

  • Stretch Goal: Own BAU enhancements for Coverage Officers, expanding scope of business stakeholder support beyond IR Operations.

TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience required, with a strong background in Salesforce development and/or administration. Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, data structures, workflows, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Apex, etc.).

  • Ability to design end-to-end solutions in Salesforce and provide recommendations aligned with leading practices.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting production issues using debug logs, query editors, and root cause analysis.

  • Strong understanding of general product/software development lifecycle practices, including requirements documentation, testing, and release management.
