Job Description

Responsible for conducting complex and thorough research of existing processes, systems, systems logic, hardware deployment and desired objectives to develop detailed systems specifications to meet the objectives of the assigned projects. This position examines, in detail, existing manual and automated processes, documentation and training requirements, and the capacities and limitations of existing, or proposed hardware in order to develop comprehensive specifications in a formal and structured way.
Implements activities that generally impact discrete components / processes of the work of own unit / team / projects.  Receives work in the form of short-term assignments that often require the application of independent judgment.  Operates within the context of defined procedures.  
 
Job Responsibilities

  • Enable the automation team to automate the existing application flow by acting as an SME for the application.
  • Manage lab operations including ISO standardization and audit preparation.
  • Manage CRM database ensuring issues and client contacts are accurately document.
  • Deploy and manage EMR implementation project plans for several large specialties simultaneously.
  • Perform organize staff-based moves within the facility and ensure proper setup is accomplished.
  • Manage collection efforts by updating databases, writing reference files, and creating standard operations procedures resulting in increase productivity.
  • Develop java processes for data transformation leveraging XML configuration for flexible table mapping from operational data store to the data warehouse.
  • Develop application to monitor cloud infrastructure and set alerts.
  • Develop and implement new DSM/TC setup to utilize VTS infrastructure more efficiently, significantly reducing number of backup-relate system incidents.
  • Project lead for production hardware setup, configuration and software deployment, security configurations, infrastructure testing, and license installations.
  • Work with IP division and outside counsel.
  • Test and review process improvements with Sr.
  • Power scripting with Perl, CGI, and JavaScript.
  • Used UML to develop use cases and story boards.
  • Provide troubleshooting of EMR applications by appropriate documentation and research of the issue.

Additional Information

The following information is applicable to Colorado only, in accordance with the Colorado Pay Equity Act. In Colorado, an employee in this position can expect a salary/hourly rate between $94,900 and $151,600 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan, if applicable will depend on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
