As a Senior Business Product Owner, you will:
- Work tightly with Business sponsors in different geographies and projects to define the products & services development end to end
- Interact with multiple stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Risk, ..) during the ideation and discovery phases to align market practices and regulatory requirements.
- You will work with product managers, designers and engineers across the organization to assess value, scope of effort, usability, and priority of features and customer solutions.
- Understand local market practices, perform gap analysis versus existing platform and create product requirements to be used in written specifications, business rules, flows and use cases.
- You will be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of project output from a Business perspective.
- Ensure product rollouts are delivered successfully by conducting end-user testing Knowledge & Personal Skills.
- Collaborate with local Programs to promote global functionalities by detailing functional specification, demo the product and share comprehensive documentation.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor degree), preferably in Business, e-business, design or digital field.
- +8 years of professional experience in business consulting, FinTech, or digital business projects in a product management or business analysis roles.
- High knowledge of user experience requirements for front-end digital flows.
- Good understanding of technical delivery best practices, including user story and acceptance criteria, working in cross-functional agile teams and designing MVPs and customer testing approaches.
- Conceptual knowledge of business processes and front-to-back solution architecture that support retail Markets products & services.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw conclusions.
- Collaborative and effective work in a group dynamic.
- Advanced level in English.
