Senior Business Operations Manager

How this role will Serve, Own and Grow at Rev:

We’re looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Senior Business Operations Manager to partner closely with our COO and leadership team.

This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and impact. You will be responsible for driving our core business operating rhythms — including WBRs and MBRs — and ensuring we are running the company with clarity, focus, and accountability.

You’ll sit at the center of the business, connecting data, teams, and priorities to help leadership make better, faster decisions.

🔍 Responsibilities:Run the Operating Cadence (WBRs / MBRs)
  • Own end-to-end execution of Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews

  • Define and continuously improve the structure, content, and flow of WBRs/MBRs

  • Partner with leaders to ensure metrics are accurate, insights are clear, and narratives are sharp

  • Drive pre-read creation, meeting facilitation support, and post-meeting follow-ups

Drive Metrics & Business Visibility
  • Define and maintain core business KPIs across Product, GTM, and Operations

  • Build and manage dashboards and reporting that enable real-time visibility into performance

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities — and surface them proactively

Enable Better Decision-Making
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

  • Support executive decision-making through analysis, modeling, and structured thinking

  • Ensure key decisions and action items are tracked and executed

Cross-Functional Execution & Accountability
  • Partner with leaders across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations

  • Drive alignment on priorities and ensure follow-through on key initiatives

  • Act as a connective tissue across teams to reduce friction and increase velocity

Improve How We Operate
  • Identify gaps in processes, reporting, and communication

  • Implement scalable systems and workflows to improve efficiency and clarity

  • Continuously raise the bar on operational excellence

Qualifications:
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or similar

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and action

  • Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders (COO, CEO, or equivalent)

  • Proven ability to run operating cadences (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, etc.)

  • Exceptional organization and project management skills

  • Strong communication skills — able to synthesize complex topics clearly and concisely

  • High ownership mindset with a bias for action

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment

  • Nice to Have

    • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment

    • Familiarity with GTM metrics (pipeline, conversion, retention) and product metrics

    • Experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics platforms

    • Background in consulting, investment banking, or strategic finance

⚖️ Why it matters:

This role sits at the center of how Rev runs. You will directly influence how decisions are made, how teams stay aligned, and how we scale as a company. If done well, this role will meaningfully improve our execution, focus, and business outcomes.

What We Do

Digital evidence has grown 10–100x in the last decade — body-worn cameras on every officer, dash cams on every car, smartphones and doorbells recording every incident, and hours of 911, jail calls, and interviews in every case. But legal and law enforcement teams have not grown 10–100x with it, making it impossible to fully review cases with the time and staff available. Rev is the only economic way to keep pace. Our platform combines industry-leading speech recognition with AI that cites its sources, so every result is accurate, verifiable, and tied directly to the original file. We keep humans firmly in control — AI never replaces judgment, it supports it — giving legal and law enforcement professionals the clarity and time they need to make fair, informed decisions. And when precision matters most, optional human review adds an extra layer of assurance. Built with strict security protocols (CJIS, HIPAA, and SOC2) and zero data sharing with third party LLMs, Rev helps teams find the truth faster, move cases forward with confidence, and spend less of their lives stuck in playback and paperwork — while keeping responsibility for judgment exactly where it belongs: with them. The bottomline: Rev delivers fewer overtime hours, fewer missed details, faster case movement, and more sustainable workloads for the people responsible for applying judgment in the moments that matter the most.

Why Work With Us

Our values and culture are the foundation of everything we do. We firmly believe that a thriving employee community, driven by a sense of purpose and continuous professional growth, is essential to delivering exceptional products and services.
