- 10 years+ experience in financial industry covering low latency trading strategies in Asia region from both operational and regulatory perspective
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team-player
- Strong communication skills essential
- Proven understanding of modern software architecture
- Experience in financial services industry
- Ability to work with both business and control functions
