Minimum Qualification
- Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as BI engineer or similar role
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases and database design.
- Strong data visualization skills using tools like Power BI, Tableau, AWS QuickSight etc
- Knowledge on Connecting multiple data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence
- Experience working with cloud Data Warehouse solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery etc.
- Experience in organizing KPIs and dashboards as well as reading metric trends to evaluate business performance
- Experience in gathering BI requirements and structuring specifications to produce business-relevant datasets, reports and dashboards
- Passion for democratizing data effectively to the wider organization for self-service
- Keenness to innovate and improve the BI process beyond basic reporting
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both the business and the technical side
- Proven ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to guide other BI engineers
