Your Role

As a (Senior) Business Development Manager in the CEO Office, you work closely with our CEO and his Chief of Staff to steer business performance and the company’s strategic direction. You drive high-impact initiatives on operational excellence in the CEO Office and lead strategic projects that fundamentally shape FINN’s future direction and growth. Sustainability is at the core of FINN’s mission. You will develop and implement a best-in-class ESG strategy to ensure that FINN maximizes its positive impact on the planet – today and in the future.

Your Benefits

  • This role is based in Munich. Our modern offices feature frequent events with our great colleagues. For candidates relocating to Munich, we offer full visa support.
  • With massive growth potential, FINN allows you to quickly develop and succeed in a highly motivating startup environment with ambitious challenges in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent fixed salary, significant virtual equity share of the company, along with a yearly personal development budget of 1,500€.
  • Access to discounted gym memberships and a range of attractive mobility benefits – from exclusive deals on FINN cars to other flexible commuting options.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive performance with data: You dive deep into key processes and performance data to understand underlying drivers and areas for improvement. You identify performance gaps, develop actionable countermeasures, and hold the company accountable to deliver on them.
  • Create impact with strategic projects: Based on our company strategy, you identify, initiate, and implement strategic initiatives across the entire organization. You drive performance by leading selected projects to close gaps towards our most important metrics.
  • Ensure world-class communication: Develop clear and compelling storylines that align internal and external stakeholders behind FINN’s vision, strategic goals, and day-to-day priorities. Experiment with different formats to  engage different target groups and stakeholders (e.g., company-wide all hands, management team workshops)
  • Own FINN’s ESG strategy and reporting: You develop and implement a best-in-class ESG strategy, lead our sustainability squad, and are the first to know about recent developments and trends in the ESG space. By defining and measuring the right metrics, you assess our performance against the strategy and ensure that we maximize our impact.

Your Profile

  • A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree – ideally from a top-tier university.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or similar roles – ideally in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, scale-up, or strategy consulting firm.

  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to solving complex business challenges.
