We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth for our mobile gaming portfolio in Saudi Arabia. This role is at the crossroads of gaming, business, culture, and national initiatives—working across government, consumer brands, and gaming communities to scale our impact in the Kingdom.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying high-value partnerships, aligning with major national and brand-led initiatives, and helping shape how our games engage with local users through culturally relevant, high-visibility collaborations.
Core Principles- Cultural Fluency: Understand the local media, content, and consumer behavior.
- Brand Opportunity Awareness: Spot and capture moments where brand initiatives or public activations can be leveraged to scale our presence.
- Agility & Accountability: Operate with independence, ownership, and a problem-solving mindset in dynamic environments.
2. Align with national-level brand marketing and corporate initiatives to integrate our games into high-stake platforms and activations.
3. Collaborate with internal marketing and publishing teams to amplify our campaigns via key partnerships.
4. Craft value-driven proposals that resonate with local goals, national pride, cultural storytelling, and user engagement.
5. Represent our brand with top-tier stakeholders and decision-makers across sectors.
1. 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or marketing (preferably in gaming or tech).
2. Strong grasp of Saudi Arabia’s entertainment, esports, and public sector ecosystems.
3. Proven track record of building cross-sector partnerships that drive measurable impact.
4. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
