FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Associate with 3–4 years of B2B sales and lead generation experience in IT services. This role will own outbound prospecting and pipeline building for our software development outsourcing and staffing business, targeting clients across global markets.
- Build and manage an outbound pipeline through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, and cold calling, from first contact through booked discovery calls.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and areas for growth.
- Use CRM software to track leads, maintain accurate client records, and report on sales activities and performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop prospecting strategies, refine messaging, and optimize outreach efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, and pipeline value.
- Prepare business proposals, commercial quotations, Statements of Work (SOWs), and responses to RFPs and RFQs.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience selling IT/software development, staffing, or outsourcing services.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, and cold calling, with a proven track record of booking meetings.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexible to work shifts aligned with US and UK time zones to support our global target market.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted prospecting tools for lead enrichment, research, or outreach personalization.
