Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Consultant to lead Centric 8 Agile deployment projects and strategic operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, and team performance. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, strategic oversight, and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on the Retail, Apparel & Footwear, FMCG, and High-Fashion industries. Fluency in English and German is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting & Analysis:
- Lead detailed business process workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and industry best practices alignment.
- Conduct customer business process analysis, information modeling, and mapping to Centric 8 configurations, ensuring seamless integration with related systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose tailored PLM solutions to enhance efficiency, innovation, and value creation.
- Document business solutions, capturing requirements and progress for transparent reporting using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Design and implement end-to-end PLM solutions that are scalable, flexible, and aligned with client objectives.
- Develop high-level technical architectures and detailed solution blueprints using tools like Miro.
- Ensure the integration of PLM systems with ERP and other enterprise systems, focusing on performance and usability.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into actionable specifications.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Proactively manage customer expectations, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
Project Management:
- Manage deployment projects using Centric’s Agile methodology, delivering customer solutions aligned with Centric 8 use cases and configurations.
- Oversee data and process conversions from legacy systems, ensuring process-system validation and training.
- Monitor KPIs, track contract statuses, and ensure successful renewals and referenceability.
- Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and implementation phases, supporting the design and delivery of Centric 8 solutions.
Operations Management:
- Define and implement Customer Success Methodology to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
- Manage resource planning, team utilization, and staffing to maintain work-life balance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct quality assurance on service delivery and oversee improvements to processes, including SOW templates and pre-sales handovers.
- Prepare regional performance and financial reports, highlighting risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Experience & Skills:
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in implementing PLM systems across multiple industries, including fashion, electronics, and FMCG.
- Strong technical knowledge in PLM architecture, data modeling, and system integration with ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Expertise in BPMN 2.0 process modeling and tools like Signavio and Camunda.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Additional Requirements:
- Fluent in English and German.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and project delivery.
