As a Business Analyst, you're expected to:
- Do investigative work focused on deciding which data makes the most sense to use in each situation — and when the data isn't there yet, design the right tests or approaches to get it
- Work closely with your team to support data-based decisions, ensuring project flow and making the process of taking calculated risks comfortable despite uncertainties
- Work with large volumes of data to build a solid foundation for decision-making — knowing that not all answers are in the data, and that's okay
- Use tools like SQL, Python, and Scala for data extraction and analysis — no prior experience needed, we teach these in your first weeks
- Understand our products and how they interact with other areas of the business
- Learn continuously from a well-prepared and highly qualified team
- Work in a complex, dynamic, and diverse environment on projects that will impact a large number of customers
