Senior Business Analyst

Our technology expertise spans .NET, Angular, iOS, Android, Ruby, React, and a wide range of Microsoft, Web, and Mobile technologies.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong product mindset to join our team.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping product vision, leading discovery activities, and translating business needs into clear, high-quality requirements. You will work closely with customers and delivery teams to ensure effective solution design, and support both delivery and pre-sales initiatives.

• Three years of proven experience as a Business Analyst (at least)
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Deep understanding of the requirements lifecycle and quality standards
• Practical experience in UI prototyping and business processes modeling tools
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and UI/UX best practices
• Experience in product discovery and pre-sales activities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work across multiple initiatives
• Experience with AI-based solutions: analytics, machine learning, forecasting, intelligent automation, Copilot-style agents, chatbots, and AI-driven decision support (would be a plus)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, computer science or similar
• Level of English: Upper-Intermediate strong or higher

• Conduct product discovery activities, including discovery for AI-based projects, to identify business goals, user needs, constraints, risks, and success criteria
• Define solution vision and scope, including functional and non-functional requirements
• Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including analysis of customer RFPs and early-stage requirements
• Contribute to scope of work, estimations, WBS preparation, and proposal content from a business and solution perspective
• Analyze business needs and design solutions in terms of workflows, data models, user journeys, features, and AI-driven functionality
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements, preparing clear and structured functional specifications
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements quality (SMART, INVEST)
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning
• Collaborate with developers and testers to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities
• Support UAT with customers and translate feedback into actionable backlog items
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities in BA practices, discovery approach, and collaboration flows
• Stay up to date with industry trends, including AI, automation, and data-driven solutions
