ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Senior Business Analyst for immediate opportunities. This is for a one year term with possible extension. Remote work acceptable but minimal travel to Edmonton may be required.
ROLE: Senior Business Analyst
The successful candidates must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:
MANDATORY:
- Minimum 15+ years demonstrated experience performing senior business analysis within complex enterprise environments, preferably within experience in government, public sector, or large non-profit organizations.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, including requirements development, solution delivery, and operational transition activities.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Prosci Change Management Certification, or equivalent recognized credentials.
- Demonstrated experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise CRM or case management platforms.
- Experience supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives
Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
