In this pivotal role, you will leverage your analytical skills to contribute to strategic initiatives, drive business improvements, and foster collaboration across multiple departments. Your insights and expertise will play a critical role in aligning our projects with organizational goals and enhancing our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Define and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and validate that solutions meet business needs.
- Develop use cases, user stories, and functional specifications for technical teams to implement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, UX/UI design, and project management, to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and product development.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to junior analysts and team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and recommend enhancements as necessary.
Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
