The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Agile technology and product delivery team. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to identify needs, define solutions, and deliver high-quality applications and tools that support business growth and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in product management, automation, and process improvement. You will work across business and technology teams to design solutions, manage delivery, and provide exceptional support to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and articulate near-term business needs, and recommend technology solutions that weigh costs, risks, and benefits.
  • Develop and enhance business applications by selecting, tailoring, and implementing third-party tools and components.
  • Perform QA and testing for proprietary applications, including test case development and execution.
  • Provide product management functions for internally developed applications, from strategic planning to tactical execution and documentation.
  • Analyze and develop requirements and workflows within Azure, ensuring alignment with business functions.
  • Recommend and implement automation and process improvement solutions.
  • Support release management, upgrades, and disaster recovery testing.
  • Serve as a consultant and problem-solver, delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in a related field - Finance, Full Stack Development, Business Analytics, or Software Implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow applications and deal lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of alternative investments (Private and Public Credit/Debt).
  • Experience with business process reengineering, including modeling, analyzing, and mapping workflows.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Technology and process release management experience.
  • Experience with Azure and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experienced

  • Product management experience in a technology-driven environment.
  • Exposure to automated workflow solutions.
  • Experience developing training curriculum and materials.
  • Background in customer service and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with strategic business process automation.
