Senior Business Analyst

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Business Analystto join our iGenius Team in Spain.

In this role you will serve as a critical bridge between enterprise clients and internal technical teams, helping translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for complex AI deployments. You will be deeply involved in the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from early discovery and solution scoping through to deployment and post-launch iteration, ensuring alignment between stakeholder's goals and implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with enterprise clients to understand business processes, user needs, and objectives related to AI and automation use cases.
• Gather, structure, and document detailed business and functional requirements for the deployment of LLMs, agentic systems, and platform APIs.
• Translate business needs into technical briefs and work closely with engineering, product, and ML teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Lead requirements workshops, use case validation sessions, and solution design reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales discovery efforts and contribute to scoping documentation, SOWs, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate communication across client and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure clarity, resolve blockers, and manage change.
• Ensure requirements traceability and support testing/validation of delivered features against original goals.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, solution consulting, or technical product management within a software or AI-focused environment; experience with enterprise deployments in sectors like financial services is a plus.
• Proven experience working directly with clients to gather and document requirements for complex technology solutions—especially those involving AI/ML, APIs, or platform tools.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, including the direct ability to support data integration, preparation, as required via knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured solution requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—able to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; other European languages (e.g. Italian, French) are a plus.
