What you will do 

As a Senior Business Analyst in AML, you'll turn financial crime challenges into actionable solutions for our clients around the globe. 

  • Lead workshops and advise clients on best practices in AML and fraud detection 
  • Translate customer needs into functional specifications and solution designs 
  • Ensure solution quality and alignment with client goals through hands-on QA 
  • Deliver engaging user training and serve as the key business contact throughout the project 
  • Continuously improve our methodologies, contribute to missed fraud analysis, and support sales with demos and RFPs 

Who you are 

If you are analytically sharp and people-minded, we’re looking for you. 

  • Skilled at turning complex business needs into structured, scalable solutions 
  • Proficient in documenting specifications and using collaboration tools (Confluence, JIRA, Teams) 
  • Comfortable working with financial data and understanding AI-enabled AML detection logic 
  • Familiar with AML monitoring systems; certifications are a plus 
  • Strong communicator, fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset 

Technical skills you’ll need 

  • Solid knowledge of financial crime and AML systems, logic, and data flows 
  • Ability to assess and validate solution quality against business objectives 
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in real-time detection 
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and project collaboration tools 
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integration concepts, or data mapping is a plus
