Senior Business Analyst

iGenius is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will play a key role in analyzing market trends, business strategies, and data-driven insights to support the company's strategic initiatives. Your work will focus on transforming complex business and technical concepts—particularly in AI and emerging technologies—into clear, compelling, and visually engaging content for executive presentations, business reports, and commercial materials. Embedded within the Product Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to shape the company’s narrative and support strategic decision-making.

This role requires a strong background in consulting, corporate strategy, or business intelligence, with the ability to combine analytical thinking, structured storytelling, and data visualization to craft impactful business content.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to generate strategic insights.
• Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and business cases to support executive decision-making.
• Translate complex AI, data science, and technology-driven topics into clear, structured business narratives.
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape strategic messaging and content.
• Identify gaps in the company’s strategic content repository and proactively develop new assets (e.g., white papers, infographics, commercial presentations).
• Ensure consistency in messaging across different business functions, aligning with corporate positioning.
• Support the preparation of materials for C-level meetings, investor relations, and commercial engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting (Big 4 preferred), corporate strategy, or similar roles in tech-driven environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data and industry trends.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent storytelling and structured communication skills to craft compelling business narratives.
• Familiarity with AI, data science, and emerging technologies is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with executive teams.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
