We're on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst with a robust blend of technology, analytical, and communication skills. As a key contributor to our growth and success, you'll play a pivotal role in researching progressive system solutions, evaluating their impact, and driving their implementation across multiple departments. Your responsibilities include identifying problems, opportunities, and solutions aligned with our business goals. Responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements

• Maintain systems processes and provide regular status reports

• Drive identification of requirements and identify substandard processes through real-time data evaluation

• Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing efficiency-promoting systems prototypes

• Create and implement precise project management plans with transparent communication at all levels

• Collaborate with stakeholder teams for collaborative analysis and documentation

• Ensure quality assurance at every stage of systems development

• Determine and develop user requirements for maximum usability in production systems

• Foster meaningful relationships with partners for optimized systems integration

• Address manager and executive inquiries with supporting research and recommendations

Qualifications and Tech Proficiency

• 5+ years of proven business analysis experience in systems development

• Payment industry expertise with a deep understanding of payment processes, systems, and standards (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 20022)

• Proficiency in market analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and product line analysis

• Strong practical experience in generating process documentation and reports

• Fluent in English

• Excellent communicator with expertise in developing and monitoring data quality metrics

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and a solid understanding of Agile philosophy
