Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights to drive business success.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex business problems and provide data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation.
Mentor and guide junior analysts to enhance team capabilities.
5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus.
