Must-have Skills:
- 4 to 6+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Strategist within Supply Chain, Retail, Logistics, or WMS implementations.
- Agile Requirements Delivery: Deep hands-on experience writing refined user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence within Scrum/Kanban environments.
- Process Modeling (BPMN): Advanced skills in process mapping and diagramming using tools like Bizagi, Lucidchart, or Visio.
