Job DescriptionJoin a leading company in the field of Supply Chain Finance, offering innovative solutions for the Corporate and Commodities sectors. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Business Analyst to strengthen our team as part of the Business & IT Program dedicated to the long-term development of our Supply Chain Finance product line within IT CIB Business Unit in Global Banking Client and Credit Risk Departement (GBCR). You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to transforming our processes and systems to better manage the end-to-end Supply Chain Finance activities—from front to back.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the design, configuration, and support of Supply Chain Finance solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Design:
- Participate in and facilitate design workshops, drafting scoping and design documents.
- Understand end-to-end business processes and translate them into detailed specifications.
- Collaborate closely with managers and end-users to determine the best solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Configuration & Support:
- Establish functional relationships with software vendors (if applicable) and various IT departments across the value chain (Finance, Risk, Reference Data).
- Assist developers and back/front office teams in configuring the software to meet business requirements effectively.
- Train key users and prepare for the transition of the application into maintenance mode, ensuring a seamless handover.
Testing:
- Write test cases and define expected outcomes, ensuring comprehensive coverage of requirements.
- Execute user acceptance testing phases and coordinate user acceptance tests with stakeholders.
- Ensure end-to-end monitoring of operations within the systems, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Finance products and processes.
- Mastery of booking processes associated with Supply Chain Finance.
- Knowledge of Loan IQ system Back Office Operations.
- Familiarity with the Natixis Information System and the trade finance ecosystem is a plus.
- Proven ability to perform Business Analyst tasks, including conducting change management and facilitating workshops.
- Experience working in an international context, as the application is deployed worldwide (EMEA, AMER, and APAC).
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Ability to create and understand process diagrams (UML).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions with contributors and strong writing capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Experience in working with a diverse team of 8 headcounts, promoting an inclusive and collaborative environment.
