Job Description

Business Analysis & Problem Solving

  • Collaborate with business units to understand, document, and prioritize requirements, challenges, and opportunities
  • Analyze complex fund administration processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions
  • Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process workflows
  • Lead functional and regression testing to ensure system readiness and operational resilience

System Implementation Support

  • Coordinate across technical and business teams to support seamless system migration execution
  • Track implementation progress and escalate critical issues to the Associate Director
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive implementation documentation such as details procedure and audit trails
  • Support post-implementation stabilization and optimization efforts

    Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Develop and refine reporting frameworks to ensure accurate and timely fund administration and operational metrics
    • Utilize data-driven insights to recommend process enhancements and identify performance improvement opportunities
    • Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to monitor migration and transformation progress
    • Analyze testing results and operational data to support decision-making

    Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

    • Serve as a key liaison between Fund Administration, IT, Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
    • Communicate effectively with management, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and resolution of concerns
    • Conduct requirement walkthroughs and knowledge transfer sessions with end-users and business owners
    • Facilitate collaborative workshops to validate solutions and gather feedback

    Compliance & Risk Management

    • Ensure all proposed solutions and processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to fund administration
    • Identify, document, and develop mitigation strategies for risks associated with system migration and fund administration operations
    • Validate compliance requirements are integrated into system configuration and process design
    • Review implementation details to ensure adherence to governance and control frameworks

      Skills Required

      • Experience in fund accounting and fund administration operations
      • Proven business analysis experience including BRDs and functional specifications
      • Experience supporting system implementations, migrations, and post-implementation stabilization
      • Functional and regression testing experience
      • Data analysis and reporting skills, including dashboard and metrics development
      • Stakeholder engagement and communication skills with cross-functional teams
      • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance in fund administration
      • Familiarity with Agile methodology and change management
      • Understanding of derivatives and financial risk management concepts
