The Role
Capco is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Consulting practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver real change for clients across Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management. You will bring strong business analysis skills, combined with domain expertise, to help solve complex challenges and enable lasting transformation. Working in a consulting environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to define and deliver pragmatic, results-driven outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Lead business analysis workstreams, driving requirements definition, gap analysis, and solution design
Translate deep industry knowledge into actionable insights across key financial services domains
Shape and deliver business change, system implementation, and regulatory programmes
Facilitate workshops, elicit and document requirements, and support agile or waterfall delivery
Present structured findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
What We’re Looking For
Strong business analysis experience with proven change delivery across financial services
Deep knowledge in one or more domains: Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management
Experience collaborating with delivery teams to translate business needs into functional designs
Demonstrated consulting soft skills: adaptability, stakeholder management, structured thinking, and excellent communication
Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, with experience using tools like Jira

Ability to lead client workshops and influence senior stakeholders with confidence
Proven success in high-pace project settings with shifting priorities and ambiguity
